Ready to Commit?

If you have indicated your interest and and are ready to commit please go the following link and make your official selections and make your deposit.  This will secure your spot in the upcoming 2026 IAAPA trip.

When you register and start to make your selections, be sure to select “University Participantion Fee”.  This is the first item in the list and MUST be selected.  This will allow you to participate in all of the “extra” outings and activities we are planning such as behind-the-scenes tour with a former Disney Imagineer executive, exclusive company tours such as Nassal, and networking opportunities to industry leaders. This participation fee helps cover the cost for these exclusive opportunities that would not be normally possible.

Additionally, if you are a University student, you are required to take the IAAPA course through Brightspace.  To go with this, there will be an option on the Group Collect site for you to select the “IAAPA Course” option.  This goes along with the course and the course fee will cover this selection.  Please choose that one in lieu of a room option for Cabana Bay.  The IAAPA Course includes your room for that portion of the trip.  Furthermore, please note that the IAAPA Course only includes the room at Cabana Bay WITHa roommate.  If you do NOT wish to have a roommate at Cabana  Bay, you still need to select the IAAPA Course option AND then ALSO select the double occupancy room option at Cabana Bay.  It will seem like you are selecting two rooms at Cabana Bay; both, with a roommate.  In reality, this will be changed (on the backend) to one single room so that you will have a room all to yourself.

IAAPA Scholarship Opportunites

If you are in need of scholarship support you can apply for a few opportunities.  The IAAPA organization has endowed our program with a grant of $20,000 and we are able to make this available to both University and certificate program students.  That application can be accessed at the following link:
